Request: Sleeping late and Sleeping early but still sufficie

any one got a few reliable research on this? how those 2 differs in terms on our T-levels and/or body perofrmance.

you go trawl pubmed or other journals lor...i dunno...from my understand it's not just how much you sleep but when you sleep also. the earlier the better.

which explains why my performance is so crap i guess. :oops:

ahah ya.. i was guessing this also.
If I rmb correctly, my friend at Jon wong's gym mentioned that studies show the best time to sleep is before 11pm, aft which your body will not able to fully recover regardless of how many hrs of sleep you get. I rmb jon wong telling me he tries to sleep before 11 everyday.
