Fitlion - RP gym review

Post by Weib »

Just came back with suffy at RP's gym.

Has a platform but limited bumper plates.
2 x 20kg, 2 x 15kg, 2 x 10 kg - york barbell/plates

Allowed to drop the weights when doing O lifts, inside everything is kaiser so its all air loaded.

The attendant there is friendly just quite anal with the bags and towel, other than that he's cool.
Recommended for 1-3 guys cause not alot of open spaces and its quite compact.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Confused... Peter=Jonchan?

Did this person try to set up a meeting with you? From the sounds of it, you didn't even try to go through with this. So given a chance to possibly prove or disprove something, you did nothing?

last time i went in 2008/early 2009 they didn't allow dropping of weights. Too noisy they said lol
okok good good if they let the weights be dropped.

They still chain up the heavier dumbbells? I heard one guy got his finger ripped off when he screwed up his db bench press so they chained it up
