I don't have any silicone grease. I think there's just too much sludge there. I tried to manually kick start the spin, but the resistance is too much for the fan to overcome, it would spin/stop a few times, then stop at best...
It might be overheating because of this. Had a few times where the system hung while booting up Windows.

OpenOffice 3.0.1(freeware)
Avast! 4 Home Edition Antivirus(freeware)
Kerio Personal Firewall 2.1.5
Just the essentials for now, sorry no GTA4
