3) Computer (will only be used for surfing netand normal office work)
4) Contacts for services like, t-shirt printing, signboard, electrician.....etc
Many Thankssssssssssss

Re: CROSSFIT SINGAPORE
don't need to be white board right? blackboard also can.
As for PC, I have one spare P4 2.8GHz at home but it's not very stable so I don't think you'd want it as a daily machine. If you just build a very basic one yourself it can cost <$500. Or get a very basic dell/compaq/hp maybe also around there?

If you know where to get a black/whiteboard, I don't mind paying for it.
I think T-shirts, check with Sufian, but it was for the dri-fit type I believe, not sure if he had cotton T's

Re: CROSSFIT SINGAPORE
I probably have enough parts to put together a 2nd hand PC if you want (except you'd need to buy a new, good PSU, those I keep for spares ). I also plan to "decommision" my mom's old IBM R50 (pentium M w/1.5GB RAM) in another month's time. It's a bit slow, being a pentium M, but in good condition, as my mom never carried it anywhere (the battery needs to be replaced of course, since Li-Ions only last a year if you are lucky).
You can have it for a song and a dance (and I probably mean that literally...)

Hey, this is a chance for us to tag on and get some shirts for 300 too (I think last time, we decided we couldn't get enough orders for the 30 pieces necessary for the price?).KEVIN LIM wrote:Wah lau 9.50 for dri fit is damn cheap man. Ok will check with sufian. Louis no pro, can help with that.

Re: CROSSFIT SINGAPORE
Trash talk for CF T-shirt
1. More Chalk, Less talk
2. What do you drive??? I drive people (for CF and SWF coaches)
3. Your workout is my warm up
4. Obstacles or Opportunities (Rings and Bumpers in background)
5. Increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains
P = F x D / T
6. The Girls I did at CF (names of WOD back of t-shirt like Helen etc....)
I believe the costs varies depending on the number of templates I use so it would be great if you guys can help me vote for the ones that you like best then I can narrow down my choices. Thanks

Personal choices #3.
Perhaps #6 could be All the Girls I've Done, followed by the list... and a couple of blank lines?
May want one less trashtalk for those who might want one, but not interested in trash talk? #5 is an example, but it doesn't do it for me

I can help you source/build/install the PC and parts if you want. I like fixing up PCs I think Xian also can. SLS outing anyone? wahaha...KEVIN LIM wrote:I like the sound of it but I am a computer idoit thus I don't know what are you talking about bro hahahahaxarope wrote:I probably have enough parts to put together a 2nd hand PC if you want (except you'd need to buy a new, good PSU, those I keep for spares ). Pentium M is still ok lah. For web surfing/office work/pcw on this forum. Somemore 1.5GB RAM, just run XP or Linux can liao, as long as you don't try Vista No need battery just connect to A/C jack all day long if you don't need portability. But a PC would leave more space for expansion, especially if you intend to take lotsa videos...the largest laptop drive now is 500GB I think. Wouldn't hold alot of Hidef videos...
Re: CROSSFIT SINGAPORE
should get a portable HD for that purpose. Or dump, edit and burn onto a DVD?

Re: CROSSFIT SINGAPORE
Portable HDD's gonna be slow unless he gets an eSATA card. Even then, limited by 2.5" HDD transfer speeds, which I think are around 40-50MB/s last I checked?

Re: CROSSFIT SINGAPORE
If he plans to do any video editing, then the laptop wouldn't suffice. But if his intentions for the "Office" PC are strictly to keep client information, workout details, billing etc, then plug in an external HD for end-of-day daily backups, and bob's your uncle.
I like #3 too. Come on, Kevin, surely you can come up with more than that?

Re: CROSSFIT SINGAPORE
That's true, but if he's a computer idiot then he probably won't be doing the video editing...hehe...
If it's just a power supply you need to get the system up, then $60-70 will get you a basic decent one. Phing what are the specs for your PC? Maybe my old P4 has some parts that can be used too.

Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.
