haha, I'd no doubt you could rep if you want to... was referring to the guys interested in picking up #2...

I'm getting closer on the 1... I think if I had slightly larger hands/longer fingers...

anyway... yea... if you have never tried coc, then you should find someone with #1 or the one below (T, i think, gave them way, can't remember) and try first.

...too bad the bar is not for 2" plates.

should try getting The Two-Finger Gripper if you wanna train cos most of us cannot close certain coc is becos our finger is weak in the first place try how hard oso no use

hmm right hand 3 times, left 1, but I got the #3 from Herman last time, so might as well get this #2 otherwise it'll be impossible to progress on from #1.
