Post by M.Hunter »

Is there anywhere to get this http://captnj.blogspot.com/2006/05/lear ... -grip.html chalk in Singapore? I cant find any rockclimbing shops thru google and i dont have any Visa/Mastercard to buy online.. Actually im not au fait with buying things online unless it's like nutrifirst COD.

Parlez-vous francais? You seem to use french idioms here n there.

Don't know about that, but I'm thinking of ordering a bag, refillable ball and chalk from here

http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_list ... 6151320336

which is considerably cheaper than the campus corner I've seen. It'll come with a friend I have coming over on the 19th or so. Let me know as I'm going to be ordering soon.

This is not going to be an MO, sorry guys, but this friend doesn't have sufficient "mule" capacity.

Yup that's the one. It's so cheap there you don't need a discount. The texture is different from the mamut chalk though. I prefer it to mamut, less "sticky", but you may like it the other way. You can try my chalk if you come for 300 this Sunday, see if you like it.

Went to adventure21 just now. Liquid chalk is about $24 dollars  ! I think just solid ones are enough..

i like mamut chalk more though.

i dont lift heavy, thus I have not needed chalk. Yet.

But, is this liquid chalk the same chalk that dries up in your hand after a few seconds?

I bought my liquid chalk from the same person I bought my rings. Smells of spearmint.
