This looks like an interesting "ab-thing" we can consider incorporating into 300? Or not...

probably need to work up to it. First thing would be to get good KTE, then start doing hindu pushups, then introduce the dynamic element

You subscribe to gymnasticbodies too? Yea this looks like good dynamically but i dont think we can try it so soon..
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

And a sprung surface. Can't imagine my wrists attempting this on a surface that's not... the Fitness area surface doesn't qualify...

must add some yoga like balancing movement after the pushup?
