Eh those kidz belong to the national tennis association. They are like my 9 million dollars athlete cannot afford to injure them . Besides they are still very new to S&C, never really done any form of S&C in their life.

eh steady lah gundoo. Good thing is the national tennis coach acknowledges the importance of S&C and strongly encourage the kids take up CF but now its the parents who are the limiting factor.

Thats is the biggest challeng for all Educators...

usually parent of tennis player are those very educated and well to do...what you can do is...show them the business of it...hahha..like you go and collect the training routine of those GrandSlam players workout routine..then you show them......and do lots of recording of their milestone in performance related to tennis ....organise a "Meet the Parents Day" to present to them...maybe this will help to convince them

Yah had a "Meet the parents" session already and collected their NAPFA test b4 CF and will conduct tests every month to monitor and show the parents. The problem now is that some of the parents can't be bothered, to them its like spending more money. I dun understand why let the kids join the NTA in the first place?

they don't see the benefit mah. pass napfa...so what? next time can earn more money? for singapore parents it's all about the money.

put their kids in all sorts of ECA, is only to pad their resume so maybe can make it easier for them to get into a good sec sch/JC/university/etc.
