This Saturday won't be able to make it coz of 300...
Would've been intrested with the flow fit, but I end work at 6pm at Jurong(and probably have to OT for a while) so won't be able to make it in time...

actually herman why don't you move it to tpy stadium, more conducive for training also...less people moving around wondering what the heck yall are doing
We have enough KBs to go around from 16-24kg, you can bring the lighter ones for the ladies if needed
edit: this is assuming the rest of the 300 group(phing/keith/xian/sufian?) are ok with this arrangement. i'm assuming yes for now.

So is it TPY Stadium or Blk 128? If change to TPY Stadium, I would have to let them know.
Please remove Jessica from the list as she's got something on this week but will be coming for subsequent sessions.
Add Thomas Ling to the list.

That is very simple. Boy would feel lonely amongst the hardcore people here so I told Girl to join to give him some company. They can play 'masak masak' together if they feel intimidated by the heavy weights you guys carry.
