singapore got place to try this?
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

looks like a rock climbing training board.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Don't schools have pegboards here?

Ours were vertical only, no room for lateral moves.

Wasn't the best at it when I was in school, lacked the upper body strength at the time

can DIY to put it at home.
use blow holes to get the holes cut out, fabricate a light steel reinforcement at the back with the holes and attach it together.
then buy 2 thick steel rods for climbing.

yeah, Keith nailed it, it's just a peg board. Used to time how fast you could go up and down, getting all the holes, alternate, every 3 etc... wicked. Did I mention I have elbow problems nowadays?
