Guys is there any hill sprints this friday?
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

If going there straight, meet at 7.15pm

If need a lift, then meet at gombak MRT at 6.45pm.
Tomorrow the white Vios is not in, due to leg DOMS. But, the black Vios is still in.

the lats very big, confirm can curl more than 15lbs cuz the lats will suay suay kena untilised to curl, even at a PR of 15.1412694418753218lbs.
