Wussing Out of Metcon

Okay, I wussed out of Metcon work today. Was supposed to do two sets of a barbell complex: Romanian, row, press, front squat: 25 reps with 35kg. Did barbell combinations instead; Romanian, row, hang snatch, overhead squat: 10 reps with 40kg for two sets.

The thing is, I really, really dreaded doing the complexes (though the squat rack was occupied... my excuse). Time for a change?
