OK this unker here usually gulps BF down cos damn lazy to prepare & usually rushing in the mornings:

what i put into the blender is this:

1scoop whey protein (ON cookies & cream's my fav - damn shiok)
5 scoops low lactose low fat milk powder
2 teaspoon coffee
1 - 2 bananas

blend for 2 min & gulp down (taste pretty shiok) together with 1 multivit, B complex, zinc, fish oil, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, fibre capsules.....

Having a blender is good. GOod for lazy people like me who have to sleep more and wake up late for work. i'll put rice in it if i can haha
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

I do. I use a hand blender to make congee nice and thick.

sounds good! Dunno what is it like to have other food all thrown into the blender..Prawn noodles, hokkien mee, chicken rice.. Omg laksa!
