dont worry.. we confirm will not include KB snatch into our 300 workouts. Too technical already this skill. DB snatch may be included, but definitely not KB.

I measure using a measuring scale. Its about a handful. I am no expert. Everybody is different. But, if u track your food, then you can tell whether what you are eating is enough. Or too much. Just try to ensure that there is fat in your diet. If u want lots of fat in the diet, then your diet must be low in carbs. The opposite also applies.
