xtend!

Post by notle »

i have never pimped out supplements before,but...

im now SERIOUSLY hooked on xtend, after drinking bulk bcaa xtend seems a god send, i would mix one serving of xtend with my bulk bcaa so now i can get nearly close to 10g of bcaas for my workout without compromising the taste.

even drinking it as a bevarage when bored.

juz a quick qns though, when i opened up my apple and melon the apple seemed to have alot more, on further inspection i see apple listed as 1170g while melon as 1016g. its quite a huge diff if 100 over grams, i read orange is 1260g.

does it really matter?

another thing i realize it makes me more thirsty den usual, anybody experience this?

Dunno about the weight differences, are the density different!?

Anyway it didnt make me more thirsty though.. On the other hand it's quite thirst quenching, the reason i got this..
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

been using Xtend since 2007. I have not gotten bored of it.

THe weight difference, as Marc Lobliner explained once is due to the density..Different flavours, they need to put diff amounts of flavouring to make it taste good.

kacie doesnt need xtend, with his food intake and appetite haha.

imo xtend should be for those who are on a diet or who watch their food intake and moderate their calories.

Xtend is a dieter's best friend. No doubt about it. It was the only thing that made me sane whilst working out.

was drinking it while at jon wong's gym. He told me the carboxylic acid actually damages the GI (gastrointestinal tract?).

Sufian, you might want to avoid drinking it too regularly.
