With that shipping and exchange rate, you're better going down to an health food shop and buy the Greens (barley/wheat grass) from there..

last i saw was 35 bucks for 200g or so at a shop in yishun.
Save you time and trouble.

If you really want to bang for your buck, you'd order straight -

ITs the same brand that the shop is selling.

louis you tried them already? Any improvements felt? It seems that those who take greens supplements can feel it instantaneously.

i take a more expensive blend - green magma.

My bowels are alot smoother, digestion better and lesser acne out break..
Together with mega dosing of fishoil another food i consider... its a good combo.

performance wise, i overtrained last week and towards my deload week so CNS is a wrecked so cannot really evaluate.
However the Rhosea did help alot to ease the stress immediately and allowed me to recover fast enough to function properly...don't feel so zone out. Quite a useful tool to keep around, its like panadol for over training and stress..

I don't think of it as a supplement , more of a food cause you need to stabilise the acid/akaline balance and aid in digestion.

Biotest Rholidola Rosea.

Not everything is about fat loss and muscle gain as it is lol but in the general picture it'll help, not immediately but you'd see the difference after a while as general well being.

But body PH balance will help against muscle wasting.
You need to be neutral to slightly akaline
Long term, excess acidity leads to thinner bones and lower muscle mass, points out Anthony Sebastian, M.D., of the University of California, San Francisco. These problems are compounded by normal aging, which increases acidosis, bone loss, and muscle wasting. Along the way, calcium and magnesium losses can equate to deficiencies, with many ramifications. Both minerals play essential roles in bone formation and normal heart rhythm. Low magnesium levels can cause muscle cramps, arrhythmias, and anxiety.

•eating large amounts of animal protein (including meat, fowl, and seafood) releases sulfuric acid though the metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids, also contributing to greater acidity. This acidic shift can be offset with greater consumption of fruits and vegetables (rich in potassium bicarbonate), but again, most Americans eat these foods sparingly.
