biotest spike (caffeine-free)

Post by h »

081030

2 tabs: 1 about 30 mins after waking up. I don't know how long it takes to get the effect, but fell asleep on the bus to work, and needed coffee as soon as i got to work.
1 about 1 hr before lifting.

I'm not sure how I'm 'supposed' to be feeling, so I don't know if I got the effect.

I think I'll go with 1 tab/weekday about 1hr before lifting to see how things go.

you've never tried taking overdose of caffeine before?
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

......i've had more than 10 cups of espresso at work in a few hours.

if that's the way this thing is supposed to make me feel, then I probably won't be using it that much. i don't see the point, i can just get caffeine.
