sufian, if we can go to JJC, maybe we can do FGB? haven't done it since TPY SAFRA days.

From the youtube archive, we did:
2x20lb DB thrusters
75lb sumo high pull
45lb jump squats
75lb push press
15kg plate swing
FGB is supposed to be three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
so we sub'd:
thrusters = wall ball
jump squats = box jump (coz TPY SAFRA would complain otherwise)
plate swing = row
if we were at JJC, we should be able to do the box jump (pretty low if it's only 20").
wall ball would still be tough, since I don't think we'd have 20lb MBs
and of course still no rower (and no, even if I disassembled my C2, I don't think that it would fit in my car!)

I never liked the sumo deadlift high pulls. I'd rather do snatch high pulls. However, don't think my butt injury would like high rep pulls. Will have to see...

Yeah, sorry... if you want morning then it'll have to be something like 7.30am by latest, so I can still get home by 9am and then cross the road to yoga at 9.30am
