almost everything we're consuming now is bad one way or another.. On a side note what peanut butter do u guys take?

anyway how do u use that google thing? you're using chrome?

natural peanut butter lo.
dmg will be done, just that we try to control it.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Im taking the kraft's planters one. No trans fat, but contains fully hydrogenated veg oils. Looks like knowing too much don't feel so good after all!

I think yours still has trans fat. Perhaps <0.5g so they can label it was "no trans fat". 0.5g trans fat is still bad for you.

Sigh yea man. Went to cold storage to find the Adams one but they dont have it. Zzz :pray:

find a sub for peanuts lah... or make your own peanut butter, using raw nuts and blender.

Or just eat raw peanuts. Almonds even better. Can get from Phoon Huat. Make a trip there, one time buy 5kg or more lor...

Haha just bought a pack from phoonhuat clementi ytd. bought the raw, not roasted or salted one.

Does it need to be prepared or i can just eat em straight??

sorry for asking.. but do u add anything before roasting? Nuke in microwave or heat in oven?

But, if u want to roast, heat in oven for 25mins at 180degrees

i eat adam's peanut butter.
got mine from NTUC.

well for the almond, i just bake it like that in the oven. 25mins 180c
