Phing's birthday WOD

Post by galapogos »

So are we doing this, or is 43 reps per movement too much for us to bear?

I'm ok for this week, haven't really thought about what to do yet though.
doesn't have to be 43 reps, could be 25, 4, 1969... :P

Nothing that involves running, my R achilles/heel is still feeling it from our last hill sprints

My L wrist is also slightly messed, and I have no clue at all why it feels this way...

Hmmn, I don't think Sufian's in Singapore, and hill sprints are out for Keith, so unless yall wanna do TPY Stadium, reschedule to next week?

Edit: And Joyce says Keith you're getting old.

no worries, anyway looks like another rainy day today.

P.S. we'd better start planning our annual 300, preferably after 1 july thanks!

btw anybody got knee wraps, wrist wraps and a powerlifting belt I can borrow? Or where best to buy? Otherwise I'll have to go online.

Not sure about knee wraps and belts, but you can get wrist wraps from Lewis (SWF) or Carl/Aldrin. Check SWF website? They may have the rest.

Everyone does, but the annoying thing is these are tendon issues which are niggling and slow to heal. Maybe/likely going to get someone to look at it soon and see. The good thing is the wrist issue doesn't seem to affect pulling

Oh and to frame the annual 300, probably aim for no later than July 18ish?

I checked the SWF online store before posting, no wraps or belts. Went around town on saturday too, but didn't find any place either, except belt. Will check with Aldrin, thanks.

it isn't set in stone yet, but it needs to be thereabouts, otherwise, we risk not being able to board...

That's D-day?

Anyway, Joyce and I will probably be overseas on the weekend of July 13 for a short getaway, probably the last one in a while...

So, shoot for early July?

Better yet, let's do 300 right after your PL meet as a finisher! :)
