i'm not certain which of the units specializes in which, but you'll probably do more job-specific training, so if 1st is all about sea ops, then you'll get more time on those landing boats and rubber rafts. Set up bench with barbell, just sit down and roll it over your feet and up till your hips and you're all set. With a 20kg plate it should go over quite easily.
