Well I first have to get them made first bro. Secondly it will be for use with a intl school team so not sure if I can let visitors in to take it for a spin.. If I can get it made cheaply il defo let u in on the details so u guys can make one and keep for your own torture sessions!

WEll thats true my friend .In my experience with working with clients, a weak core = tight erectors = almost 0 degree ASIS /PSIS shift = poor glute firing pattern=to hamstring tightness and various muscles in the lower extremeties compensating trying to stabilize for the almost non existing glutes e...

You can step into gyms nowadays and see people trying to go heavy on Chest presses on the bosu while claiming it helps to train the core. 1stly ; its dangerous if you are going 'heavy' on the ball, ul be distracted about balance more so than the performance of the set 2nd...

Hi Stoked. Well most of the guys already mentioned what you could do, which is Smfr,stretching, mobilization drills and activation. Like Louis mentioned its hard without you being screened first but my best bet is to always address the hip and ankle joint whenever theres a knee issue. Metabolic work...
