Does the full article expand on the other "certain" food groups? It would be interesting to see what the inaccuracies are

Interesting to see how I do on training and non-training days as I tend to train about 2-3hrs before sleep after I get E down now...

Find a Canadian that's a little closer.
They just had a running of Tough Mudder last weekend, thinking about that for next year if I can find the time to train up

This was the video I was mentioning, probably very little usefulness for longer term applications, but interesting for those competing in events with weight classes, assuming the event is not the same day as the weigh-in

I can come.
I've been working out of town.
Have been avoiding pushing movements thus far, going to see Aldrin tonight.
Actually, thinking of trying out Xian or your shoes. Squatting with Goi's old shoes makes me think a pair would be a good investment

Everyone does, but the annoying thing is these are tendon issues which are niggling and slow to heal. Maybe/lik...

Or ramp up the other six days of the week?
Oh wait, I think I see the problem.
Seriously, looking at the last graphic, they draw upon the mismatch in for simplicity's sake calories in vs. calories out. It just means we let Elliott do all the programming....

Oh, detailed results are here for strongman. Ultra close and could've gotten interesting if it came to tiebreakers (though no indication what they were)
