I've been homeless the past 5 months, no gym no internet (except at work), etc :? Just got fully settled in and found a gym 5 mins walk from my place. Quite a nice place , haven't fully explored the place but there're 3 storeys, got 2 power racks and 1 smith machine, and the usual plethora of stuff ...

Finally back in the gym, was doing a break-in program today, jialat man. At least my gym has a foam roller, but even after that, pulled my hamstring when squatting And I was only squatting 1x10 40kg It's gonna be a long climb back to my previous stats.
