thanks guys. to be honest the mental part is also tough ie. regimentation like being shouted at while tired and shack and yet expected not to make mistakes eg. while recovering from pushup position we must shout certain stuff....without dragging our shoes...while moving fast...etc. I'm quite intimid...

Just finished my confinement week, but i found it hard to adapt , both mentally and physically. had a running nose for 4-5 days...I found the running and pushups (holding at the bottom position) tough too. A friend of mine's suffering from this condition. The pain, from what I heard, is so intense that she can't sit down. it's really hard to concentrate on work either.
