Trying to experiment with as many types of functional exercises as possible with the least amount of home gym eqpt that takes up space ie weights. OK - update re my progress.... but before that I must say that I haven't seen Aldrin for the last 3 wks: i was down with a bad flu for about 1.5 weeks, after that Aldrin was (& still is) on course on weekends. u can get Aldrin's contact details fr Goi who is also seeing him now.... sorry guys me super busy with work so not much time for personal e-mails etc... anyway, to make a long story short: rotator cuff much better now. left knee still need lots of work..... soft tissue work, stretches, mobility work...

Ok, just an interim update - met with the PT cum rehab therapist that Calvin fr HWZ recommended. He turned out to be an Opt trained guy - level 2. knows Ben, Herman & most of the Opt trained folks so probably fr one of the earlier batches. turned out that Peter also owes him money.... he's presently...

Will be making an appt with this guy that Calvin Chin fr HWZ highly recommended. Had some e-mails with him describing my condition in detail - seems pretty knowledgeable & experienced from his e-mails & he's a PT cum rehab specialist....
