Started with strongman in march/april last year.
Then started weights somewhere in september.
Been doing ever since.

Wow. A tonne of advice here. Thanks alot guys! It's really true. When you don't have much choice you tend to say it's alright and just break the diet. Just back from a bbq/chalet. Fortunately there was quite abit of decently marinated meat. So that was good. But had to control myself over the potato...
