Feeling so skinny fat now after not training since last Wednesday.

Best of all I'm going overseas again in two weeks time for five days.

Okay, looks like I will cram two sessions into one tomorrow morning since my flight is at night.

Am wondering if it's possible to do so as a recreational runner with no prior distance training. Say you want to clock 5 hours; that means each hour you'll need to cover 8km or so, which means 2km every 15 minutes. How achievable would it be?

$300 was just a benchmark; not worth it at this point in time for me to get a really branded bag anyway.

Where did they get it from? I'm not picky about the brand so long as it looks presentable enough.

I think I'm starting to develop chicken quads syndrome; checked out myself while in the shower room just now. What's the fastest way to pack on quality mass on the front of the thighs? I'm thinking 10 x 3 at 85 - 90% of 1RM, or 10 x 10 at 60% of 1RM. Exercise choice will very likely be front squat.
