i think anything more than 2 plate for front squat is bloody strong.

I also think strict pressing your bodyweight for 4 to 6 reps is bloody strong.

Pressing a 32kg KB overhead for reps is also mighty strong.

Slams i do almost everyday in school to kill time.. thus it was easy for me to coordinate. 5kg medicine balls not that heavy.

Got a lot of obstacles to play with, got rope to climb, got a fantastic track, got box jump boxes, got medicine balls... Can even play soccer as GPP.
