strength wise, were you stronger back then? if you are talking absolute lifts i am definitely stronger now. but i reckon as far as "explosive" power is concerned in relation to a light weight (throwing a discus) i would be better back then. im almost sure my 30 or 50 m sprint is faster back then. Wow. A tonne of advice here. Thanks alot guys! It's really true. When you don't have much choice you tend to say it's alright and just break the diet. Just back from a bbq/chalet. Fortunately there was quite abit of decently marinated meat. So that was good. But had to control myself over the potat...

i think it is unrealistic because i have personally tried to jack up my intake of meat and i think 1.5kg is a really a far stretch.I think the key is that it will be difficult to sustain. without any gradual transition into it i would expect most people to fall off the bandwagon pretty quick. i hav...

As above. I 'm wondering if anyone can help me to buy as well when they go there. The fucking place closes at 6 on weekdays, and doesn't open on sun so I can't go there to buy. Sat is out as I go out for the whole day. :(
