louis why dont you just let ryan do it, i think he has enough questions without you actually providing him with more like wth lol. ryan, chicken makes you weak lol louis: asked him about it he said just vary the meat, he said all tuna is bad but sardine is ok as it's small fish. 1.5kg is supposed t...

Re: maximum cans of sardine a day

actually i'm curious 1.5kg of meat seems rather vague - 1.5 of ribeye vs lean chicken the caloric and micronutrients seems off by alot. How so? JW actually told me i can sub some of the meat with eggs but they are inferior as meat is absorbed slower. However, he said almonds and shakes are out as s...

Re: maximum cans of sardine a day

Mercury and other pollutants accumulate over years. You don't just get it from chugging tuna 3 days in a row. You can do that once in a while but long term wise I would definitely not recommend it. And choose red tuna over white if you're eating a lot of tuna. What's red tuna? hm. I think I shall g...

Re: maximum cans of sardine a day

i have no fixed number. I have eaten 7 cans of tuna (with light mayo) per day for 3 consecutive days during camp last year. Nothing funky showed up in the preceeding blood test. Everyone is different. Heck, if ur mum can afford the grass fed beef, why even think of tuna? I hope to reach at least 1....

Re: maximum cans of sardine a day

obviously u are lying. Sardines are the best testing fish in a can. Much better tasting than tuna by itself. Trust me, I am hardcore on these stuffs. Louis is mentally weak when it comes to food. Haha. They're ok to me, except tt they leave a horrible smell in your mouth after. Ditto for Tuna. How ...

Re: maximum cans of sardine a day

salmon, 1 can of tuna and 1 can of sardine everyday. Prob will cause mercury poisoning for me since 225g of sardine x7 = ~49 ounces is already 40% of the EHA limit.

maximum cans of sardine a day

As above. How many can I consume? They seem like a great portable, palatable and affordable source of everyday protein.
$1.80 for 225g can with 30g protein.
If it's ok, I'll eat 2-3 cans a day.

Imo, people whom I find "appealing" are those who are comfortable and confident of themselves and not trying too hard to be "trendy" and "popular" in order to fit in the modern "youngster society". Maybe as one grows older, (or mature) it will become a norm... to me at least. And i agree with Ryan ...

It is great that the misunderstanding has been cleared. Even though it may seem that there is some form of rivalry between the two training crews,I would like to put on record that this rivalry is anything but hostile. On the contrary, it is respectful and cordial. Indeed, we respect the Titans both...

harder stuff give more pressure. you will just need to progress to a certain point, you want to press to release pressure, not to increase. too hard can cause injury. daiso baseball is soft type, but i ever got 1 hard base ball and i'm using it for myself. $2 we can roll lower back? i dont, i use a...

Who here believes in personal time? Being in solitude, socially isolated for a short period of time to reflect on stuff. No family members, friends or even gf/bf/spouse present. As for golf ball, only for your soles. How come? Remember this is research...and a lot of "may", "possible", "potential", etc... Athletes have been taking in way more than 2.8g/kg and I don't see them dropping dead. I myself have been taking over 300g over the past 1-2 years, and my health screen comes up perfect. And Jon Wong recommends 1.5kg of...
