Thats what i told my friends.Reason being is that most people sit on a chair and slouch over, train somemore CHARMS only(chest and arms).It only aggravates the slouching.Of course, other rehab work and the habit of standing straight is also required.
I remembered of a T-nation article prescribing exercises for the 'computer guy'

Logical to me.
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.
