Introducing the Ultimate Ten:
Balance Your Hormones, Sharpen
Your Mind, and Boost Your Sex Drive
#1 Energize Your Heart with Coenzyme Q10
CoQ10 plays an essential role in the function of your muscles
and major organs. Tissues that use the most energy need the
most CoQ10—organs like your brain, your kidneys, and your
heart. CoQ10’s most important role may be to provide the
high-octane energy output you need for a healthy heart.
Like most American’s, you probably don’t get enough
CoQ10 from your diet. The best source of CoQ19 is red
meat, especially organ meats like the liver. The problem is
eating a lot of organ meat has drawbacks. These meats tend
to contain the most toxins and other pollutants. The best
way to make sure you’re getting enough CoQ10 is to take a
supplement.
There are more than 100 studies showing the heart benefits
from CoQ10. I’ve seen CoQ10 work wonders on patients
with high blood pressure. A great many of my patients are
able to discontinue their high blood pressure medication
when they begin supplementing with CoQ10. Clinical
studies corroborate what I have seen first hand.
In one study, patients with high blood pressure began
taking a CoQ10 supplement. Within one month, the average
person’s blood pressure began to improve. At the end of the
study 51% of patients were able to discontinue their blood
pressure medication.23
CoQ10 is also a good treatment for congestive heart failure.
Next time you visit your doctor, request a test for CoQ10
levels. If yours are low begin supplementing with 100mg each day. CoQ10 is soluble in oil form. Buy a soft “gel capâ€
