The top part will harder a lil bit but still squashy...

yesterday i did was 180grams whole eggs + 87 grams full fat cheese - so not meant to be for dieters.
good for bulking or if you're doing IF`ing.
hmm, think I'll stick with my canadian bacon+onion omelette, if that's the case.

I ish eating enough to maintain excercise and for performance in CF WODs.
1 brazil nut or macadamia is only 1 block of fat man hahahah.
Recipe for cheap egg omelette
4 egg whites. 1 yolk (beat and fry with slice chili padi)
Frozen Prawn or Frozen scallop (frozen because fucking cheaper) (stir fry with tons of pepper or chili padi, add dark soy when almost ready so that sauce doesn't chow tar)
Time taken to prepare 2 x above portions (lunch + dinner) = 10 - 12 mins

Note : use high heat and ensure pan is hot with olive oil

just back from supermarket, frozen scallop is oso very ex! bought mussels instead of that.

u cook the omelete and prawn/scallop seperately correct?

omg you guys eat nuts by 3/4/16/24? shit i eat by 1, 1 pack. = = And the pack is usually huge, like 450g

Eh champ, Yes cook the egg and prawn/scallop seperately cos the omlette not too thick, cooks faster. Eh wait for discount then buy the hokaido scallop from NUTC or else can buy the 400g frozen sukiyaki beef slices but use sparringly bcos of high fat content.

Always feel hungry on the dot of 3 hours, maybe its psychological. The fats help me to feel fuller as I don't take much starch.
