sleeping time can affect fat loss?

This guy claims that you should get to bed by 10:30 pm latest, as some hormone which controls cortisol is most active between 10pm - 2am. Doing so will help you lose more fat.

Anyone here agree with him?

I dont think it can be done 90% of the time :lol: save for fri, sat and sun and even then it depends..

losing fat is catabolic - some food for thought.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

i think the basic idea is to get your sleep while the sun is down.
if you were to get 8 hrs/day, you'll end up sleeping around 10-11pm.
