When training becomes such a pain, how to enjoy it? We are so lucky that we can choose what we want to do - train for pleasure.

Not meant to be enjoyed I guess, unless you're really hardcore. Meant to get medals, win competitions and bring glory to the motherland.

different culture and environment.

it's a way out for many who come from poverty.

sacrifices have to be made to achieve excellence and become the best.

with such training and lifestyle, they are sure to become very tough and develop strong mentality. versus the soft spoilt youngsters nowadays.

I like the last artistic floor routine.

One arm planche to handstand blew me away, extremely technical and physically challenging.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John
