some people say (based on whatever research they've read) tribulus is (mostly) useless for increasing test production.
I haven't done any reading myself, so, if you're looking for tribulus, i suggest you do some readings (aside from supplement ads) first.

my suggestion for magnesium, zinc, is that, i think (based on what i've read) that most people lack these minerals.
so i think you have a better chance of hormone optimization/improvement, focusing on what you're not getting from your meals.

at 19-20, you have erectile dysfunction already?
I think the money spent for a cheap petain fuck would do you good for a test boost.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Get both, Zinc in the morning, Magnesium at night. Jon Wong's ones aren't THAT ex...but you can certainly get cheaper ones, just make sure they're of the chelated versions?

Have used Tribex Gold before. Felt a noticable difference, especially in terms of morning wood.
