Rioting law

Post by alex »

Someone please enlighten me

After reading the Newpaper today about this ambulance driver who got bashed up by 2 grown men.

I noticed that when youths get involved in a physical altercation, the police would haul them up and they would get charged for rioting etc. For adults, the police would advise them to lodge a magistrate's complaint?

I just keep finding this inconsistency whenever i read the news.

easy la.

elites will get fined or 1 day jail for killing people.

peasants will get months and years for threatening to injure.

if a bit rich, agar here or agar there. see who is the "victim" and who is the "aggressor".
