Soreness, Unless it is extreme is no impediment to training. In fact many records have been set by sore atheletes. If you are not training hard enuf to produce occasional soreness and therefore having to train while sore, u are nt training v hard. Waiting until soreness subsides before doing the next wrkout is a good way to guarantee that soreness willo be produced everytime since you'll nv get adapted to sufficient workload frequency to stop getting sore.

Many times I've trained with quad DOMS...by the time I get to my working sets, I don't even feel it anymore. A good warmup does wonders.

Re: Moi got something to share abt soreness
speaking from personal experience, once you have 'trained enough', you no longer experience DOMS. The body adapts to the frequency and intensity. That being said, as long as you do any new exercise/movement/sport/method/program or back from a long break, you will probably experience DOMS. The more trained you are, the lesser the chance of getting DOMS.
So how?
Just train more duh.

From what i read, DOMS is nt caused by the "lactid Acid" but rather its caused as the body is nt used to the exercise

Re: Moi got something to share abt soreness
it is the micro-tearing of muscle fibers. eccentrics are the main cause of doms.
