I have no idea what the ropes are for but i'm seeing alot of SnC coaches using it.

Can we buy 1 PWEeeeeSseee? Pweseeee kevin san!

Eh I am desperately looking for ropes man but My ccurrent comp can't seem to view the above picture. Lu wu link boh?

You don't know what they're for but you want them? Hmmmm...

As far as I can tell they're used as a form of metcon work, stressing core stability.

Kev, I remember Jerry saying to check the shipyards. That's where he got his last one. Maybe you can ask him to bring one in when he arrives end of the month.

Thats the whole point, if top coaches use them means its something substantial.
Unless you toy with them you won't know what exactly it is and how to implement it - i'm already asking them to explain it to me, should get reply sooner or later.

Thanks for the link, I can finally watch the video now. These rope training has been around for quite awhile already but not very popular and the reason is simple........... Because its HARD and thats why there are 1 million recreational Triathlete and only 7 recreational sprinters.

When i was in the navy we had yards and yards of thick ropes like this..
Could have siphon some back... why didn't i know about it sooner.. =(

But i think its a great precusor to grip strength.

Its gonna kill anyone's grip man. How, wu lan we lobang for ropes boh because tom and I also looking for ropes. If Boh, I will have go to the ship yards already.

I used to have 11mm dynamic rope, not really suitable for climbing though, more for falling (hah).
