I stopped clubbells for a while, as it aggravated my right elbow; started doing Cressey's max strength template, which coincidentally enough is 4x7 (although yoga+300 on sunday makes it 5.5x7, heh).

Hang on, what were we talking about again? I need to check out the video to make sure...
