Need to Put on Quads Mass - Fast

Post by Derek »

I think I'm starting to develop chicken quads syndrome; checked out myself while in the shower room just now. What's the fastest way to pack on quality mass on the front of the thighs? I'm thinking 10 x 3 at 85 - 90% of 1RM, or 10 x 10 at 60% of 1RM. Exercise choice will very likely be front squat.
Work Smart, Work Hard, and Kick Ass.

Skinny twig... Time to bulk up!

Front squats and Olympic lifts. I haven't seen many good Olympic lifters who have chicken legs.

probably not popular, but if i were simply looking to put size (and not necessarily strength), i'll actually consider bike.
stationary, road, mountain, whatever.

while i agree with squat... i think it's easier with the bike because it doesn't tax other parts of the body that much.
