why can't he just squat and throw the weight back..
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

lol, seeing as he appears to be in a garage or basement, he could just drop the loaded barbell behind him, as most of us would do if we got stuck. And i've never heard of peoples legs going forward like that mid squat, maybe he did it on purpose.
