Not many in here do so. I don't do isolated ab and oblique work yet. Now doing the stuffs from Scott Abel's t-naiton posting...

isolations as abel has put it is useless.
great sculps comes with function, look at swimmers/gymnast/weight lifter...that is unless you have a GH gut then thats another story.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

actually many of the guys in my gym also have great abs.. that comes from crunches.

These guys don't even do Deads and Squats.

if they are bodybuilders, they may have it too.

All big big one, but may not be functional.

Though bbers' big muscle are not functional, their daily functional movement is better than most people. ahha
