I remembered someone saying that fixing scapula instability or winging can help to increase pressing exercises poundages by as much as 25%
Anyone tried it before? What were the results?

- Enter the middle number in the list(3): 0
- No curling in the: curl rack
instability will limit you for sure.
25% is relative to how much your pressing already -
if its 40kg, then sizeable amount of 10kg (50kg) is attainable.
If you're already pressing 1 BW then 25% is alot.

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John
Don't have numbers and figures to support this assertion, but mobility work and activation exercises have allowed me to gain a decent amount of range of motion in the bench press to the neck without feeling constrictions in my rotator cuff.
Work Smart, Work Hard, and Kick Ass.
