once my wrists and shoulder get better I need to start practising muscle ups again.

on a good day I think Sufian, his brother and I can give the guy a run for his money on the 28 dead hang pullups with an even fuller/longer ROM...

I'm sure Sufian alone can do that :)

Disappointed that none of the videos showed any 1 armed chinups for reps though.
