Club Bells workout looks intriguing. Is it similar to kettlebell per se?

Just let you try.

Can lah, as long as we are interested to learn and do homework at home. The most we whack our head if do wrongly.

Is it worth to get the clubs and dvd from the site?

Club wise: why not you check out the price together with the shipping. Compare with Australia.

I can get 15% discount for you from rmax.

DVD: don't know. Never owned it. Why not you copy from Torrent. :D
