How do do this WOD?
Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Or any kind of this WOD that is designed like this?

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Vic's right.
Re: How do do this WOD?
Kevin Lim is our CF expert, but if I'm not wrong, you do however many working sets required to get to your 1RM, then do 7 sets of 1 rep, of that 1RM with as much time in between as required (this is not a metcond workout). If you need to drop the weight say after the 4th or 5th set (or earlier if you fatigued sooner than you thought), do so.

Can you press more than you can power clean? If not, then just power clean to a press position; just try not to use any hip movement when pressing up, otherwise it's not a true shoulder press anymore.
Otherwise, yes you'd need a rack (I know, front squat it up!).

I need to find Commercial Gym friendly WOD
Almost dropped the BB with Fran haha.
Some reps had to grind + move forward.

I'm happy that you're making good on your word of starting Crossfit. I'm no fan of Crossfit but nevertheless I'm happy. Good for you. Let's hope you keep at it honestly for 6 months, and let's see what kind of results you can get this time.
Meanwhile, I guess Kevin/Jerry can answer any CF specific questions you may have. I don't think it's necessarily 1RM though. It would be hard to lift your 1RM...7 times, even with 5-10min rest in between. I know I can't. I'm guessing it's a weight close to your 1RM, perhaps 95% or more.
Good luck.

Re: How do do this WOD?
Eh where were you today? I was at RP as usual see mm leh.
The 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 is 1rm. Rest as required. Many ways to do it. If lets say you have new PR on set 4 and you are happy, you can stop there.
Even though its just 7 trys or sets, you must go at each 1Rm with max effort. If you can still do met con after the 7 rds that means you have not gone hard enuff for the 7 rds
