Hill Sprints on May Day

Post by Sufian »

Its a holiday... I dont really know the significance of Mayday, but I know its a holiday.

Thus, I am doing the hill sprints early in the morning... maybe 9.30am.

Yea i was gonna ask.. But will confirm again later..
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

I think can bring my client there but won't be the same intensity as you guys.
Have to scale down for her.

Dude, I am a PE person. Pe lessons end at 1030am latest, cause the sun is out..

But, this is not PE... This is hill sprints... and there are lots of trees. And u guys are hardcore peeps, to whom I am not to blame for dehydration cases.

11am also can. I on, who else on?

Someone remind me again where this hill is, or where this meeting place is?

If I'm driving, and only have to pick up 4 people, maybe sufian doesn't need to drive... or I can pick up sufian at 10.40'ish and then proceed to pick up others before heading to the hill?

Anyway, going to bed to sulk now...
