-2 arm long cycle
-2 arm snatch
-1 arm long cycle
-1 arm snatch
-And lastly the most evil: the Swing.
I generally find deep squats not that great for conditioning for general population. Even if you can squat properly, the fatigue in the quads will kill your technique in no time flat.
